Honda Freed Spike 2015
The
Honda Freed Spike 2015, also called the Honda Mobilio Spike, is a 5-seat minivan that was made from 2002 to 2008. It looks like the Honda Mobilio with seven seats, which was made at the same time. The Honda Spike is based on the first-generation Honda Fit, and many parts are the same between the two cars. In Kenya, cars like the Toyota Porte, Toyota Rumion, and
Nissan Cube were more popular than the Honda Spike. The Honda Freed, which is doing very well in this market right now, took its place. The design is simple and practical, with two sliding doors and big windows. So that there is more room, the gas tank is under the front seats. For safety, the driver and front passenger have SRS airbags. There are also front side airbags, ISOFIX, ABS, EBD, and HID headlights.
The cabin is big and open on the inside, and the big windows let in a lot of natural light and give you a great view. It comes with a 1.5L SOHC VTEC engine and a CVT transmission. There are both 2WD and 4WD versions.
The Honda Spike is easy to maintain, and some of its service parts are the same as those for the Honda Fit. They are easy to find in Kenya and cost about the right amount. On the other hand, it can be hard or even impossible to find body parts in Kenya.
