Purchases
If you should have to wish to purchase any product or service made available through our facility,

We may employ third-party services to facilitate full cover insurance for 12 months and a tracker installed on fully financed vehicles for 3 years. By submitting your information, you grant us the right to provide the information to these third parties subject to our Privacy Policy.
Refunds
Terms & Conditions
We issue refunds for Contracts within 5 working days of the original purchase of the Contract.
No Use by Minors
Users must be over the age of eighteen (18) to have access to and make use of the service.
By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you are at least eighteen (18) years of age and are fully able and competent to engage into and comply with the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
Under no circumstances may anyone under the age of eighteen (18) use or access the Service in any way, shape, or form.

Copyright and trademarks protect the service, and the Business Law Act of Kenya says that our trademarks can’t be used with any product or service without khushi Motors’s written permission first.
