Subaru Models Kenyan Drivers Rely On
The Forester is one of the most popular Subarus on Kenyan roads. It sits high, carries a family and handles rough roads with ease. The Outback gives the same grip in a longer and more comfortable body for highway trips. The XV is a smaller crossover that suits town life but still copes with a weekend drive to Nanyuki. If you enjoy driving, the Impreza and Levorg show Subaru's sporty side. Each listing shows the grade, mileage and year so you can compare Subaru prices before you get in touch.

Subaru AWD and Safety Features
Engineered for Grip on Kenyan Roads
The long rains turn many Kenyan roads to mud, and the dry season brings dust and loose gravel. Subaru designs its cars around grip and stability, so they stay calm in both.
Symmetrical AWD
Power goes to all four wheels all the time. You get better grip on wet tarmac and murram.
Boxer Engine
The flat engine sits low in the car. This keeps it steady in corners and on uneven roads.
X MODE Traction Control
Many Forester, Outback and XV grades have X MODE to help on steep and slippery climbs.
Raised Ground Clearance
The Forester and Outback sit higher than most cars in their class, so speed bumps and ruts are less of a problem.
EyeSight Driver Assist
A camera system that can brake before a collision, alert you when the car wanders out of its lane and hold a safe distance on the highway.
e BOXER Hybrid Option
Forester Advance and XV Advance add an electric motor to the boxer engine to cut fuel use in traffic.
What each car comes with varies by grade and year. An advisor can confirm the details of any listing.

Frequently Asked Questions
Subaru Buying FAQs for Kenya
Useful answers before you pick your Subaru.
Choose a seller who can show you the original auction report and an inspected odometer reading. Khushi Motors has Subaru stock at our Mombasa and Kisumu showrooms plus a Commercial Division for business buyers. Wherever you live you can send an enquiry through our website or WhatsApp.
Non turbo models with the 2.0 or 2.5 litre boxer engine are usually the easiest to own. That covers most Forester, XV, Impreza and Outback grades. Turbo models like the Levorg and WRX S4 are exciting to drive but need more careful servicing. Whatever you choose, a full service history matters most.
Choose the Forester if you carry a family, need more boot space or often drive on rough roads. It is roomier and sits higher. Choose the XV if you mostly drive in town and want a smaller car that is easier to park and usually cheaper to buy. Both have symmetrical AWD.
The XV is usually the most economical because it is smaller and lighter. The e BOXER hybrid versions of the XV and Forester save extra fuel in slow traffic. The larger Outback tends to use the most. Real consumption depends on engine size, load and driving style.
Kenya allows used cars up to eight years old, counted from the year of manufacture. Each car must pass a pre shipment inspection in Japan and get a KEBS certificate. KRA then charges import duty, excise duty and VAT based on the car's value. We handle these steps for you and confirm which model years qualify before you order.
