Using the site is governed by these terms. Khushi Motors TERMS OF TRADE apply to all transactions, except those in which Khushi Motors and you have entered into a separate written agreement.

For transactions, you’ll need to create a Khushi Motors customer account. It’s completely free to join. You must provide Khushi Motors with accurate, complete, and up-to-date information to register. Khushi Motors will not be held responsible for any losses incurred due to inaccurate information. Login credentials will allow you to view prices and make purchases.

The TERMS OF TRADE included with the invoice govern all transactions.
Unless otherwise specified, all prices on this site are displayed in EUR, GBP, JPY, or USD, and units are sold CFR or FOB. Khushi Motors will only accept payment in the currency shown on the invoice.
You are liable for all non-included bank fees and other transaction costs.

A right, remedy, or condition shall survive, regardless of whether it has accrued through use or nonuse, course of dealing, or course performance. Some of these rules may be inapplicable in certain circumstances without affecting the validity of the others.
